Overview
Please join us for the live webinar, Responsible AI Management & CRAIG Webinar on Friday, November 7, from 12:00 – 1:00pm ET to explore responsible AI and the role of industry-academic research in promoting responsible AI management.
We will discuss a newly released resource, Guide to Responsible AI Management, developed by Dennis Hirsch, Professor of Law and Computer Science at The Ohio State University. The guide is a practical framework designed for business leaders and managers ready to take the first step toward building a responsible AI program. As AI technologies become more integrated into business operations, organizations face growing pressure to ensure their use reflects ethical standards, legal requirements, and core company values. This offers a clear and accessible starting point, outlining foundational structures, processes, and cultural elements that support responsible AI decision-making, and draws on years of research, industry collaboration, and input from an Expert Group of leading practitioners and scholars in the field.
This webinar will walk through key concepts and examples to help participants begin thinking about how to shape their own RAIM programs. Whether you’re exploring responsible AI for the first time or looking to refine your approach, this session will offer valuable insights and a thoughtful roadmap for getting started. Professor Hirsch will also introduce the newly established Center on Responsible AI and Governance (CRAIG). This is the first industry-university cooperative research center to focus exclusively on responsible AI, supported by the National Science Foundation in collaboration with Ohio State University, Baylor University, Northeastern University, and Rutgers University.
