Donate to Fund an FPF Fellowship Today
Despite demand for privacy experts at mid and senior levels, it continues to be difficult for young professionals to start a career in this area, and even harder for students without the resources to take low paying internships. And with bias and discrimination playing such a central role in data protection today, the privacy community needs to do more to engage the expertise of candidates who can add diverse views to the conversation.
The Christopher Wolf Diversity Law Fellowship is a two year position created in recognition of FPF Founder Christopher Wolf’s career long dedication to fighting discrimination and hate.
The Elise Berkower Memorial Fellowship is a one year position for candidates demonstrating the ethical commitment and collegiality exemplified by our dear friend Elise Berkower and in memory of her life. Elise passed away on May 31, 2017.
We have a 100% success record at helping the past fellows gain employment post-fellowship at companies, law firms and civil society groups.
The fellowships are supported in part by the Berkower family, the Nielsen Foundation, FPF, and by friends in the privacy community.
Please help us fully support the positions for the upcoming term. Thank you!
