FPF & nasscom Webinar Series on India’s DPDPA 2023 (Part 1)

FPF and nasscom, India’s largest industry association for the IT-BPM sector, co-hosted a webinar on November 9 with two panels on the consent regime under India’s new Digital Personal Data Protection Act of 2023 (DPDPA).

The first panel focused on “Designing Notices & Requests for Meaningful Consent,” and included the following global experts:
