Niharika Vattikonda was the Research Assistant for the Health & Wellness team at the Future of Privacy Forum. Niharika’s work focused on genetic data privacy and reproductive health data privacy post-Dobbs.

Through the Robertson Scholars Leadership Program, Niharika studied Business Administration and Economics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and was the first graduate from Duke University’s Digital Intelligence Certificate program. As a student, Niharika co-wrote the Duke Chronicle’s award-winning “On Tech” column and led research at the Duke Cyber Policy and Gender Violence Initiative at the Sanford School of Public Policy.

Niharika is currently based in Washington, D.C. and will attend Harvard Law School through the Junior Deferral Program.
