Rafael H Castillo P is a Senior Project Manager for the Youth and Education Privacy team at the Future of Privacy Forum. Rafael worked at the Permanent Mission of Venezuela to the Organization of American States. He also worked with various nonprofits, focusing on the institution’s development. Rafael graduated from Loyola University Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies and a Minor in Economics. In his spare time, Rafael is a member of the Leesburg Volunteer Fire Company.
