Jordan Francis is Senior Policy Counsel for the Future of Privacy Forum (FPF). As a member of FPF’s U.S. Legislation team, Jordan supports supports expert, independent analysis of federal, state, and local consumer privacy legislation and regulation. Julian Flamant

Julian Flamant is an experienced privacy, security, and AI attorney who provides strategic advising to clients of Hogan Lovells’ Data, Privacy & Cybersecurity group. His practice is focused on helping clients anticipate and resolve the challenges of providing data-based products and services across borders. Julian has on-the-ground experience on both sides of the Atlantic and has crafted practical solutions to challenges arising from emerging U.S. state privacy laws, FTC enforcement, the GDPR and EU Digital Strategy legislation. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Julian was one of the first policy fellows at the Future of Privacy Forum.

Justine Gluck

Justine Gluck is a Policy Analyst, AI Policy and Legislation at the Future of Privacy Forum. Previously, she conducted research on semiconductor policy and workforce development at Harvard University’s Belfer Center and the Micro Nano Technology Education Center. Earlier in her career, Justine served as a legislative aide in the California Legislature, drafting and advancing legislation on privacy, AI, and higher education. Read Justine’s full bio.

Tanya M. Richardson

Tanya M. Richardson is a senior privacy and technology lawyer who works across consumer technology, youth privacy and safety, and the governance of data-driven and automated systems. She has held senior legal and privacy leadership roles at Snap and Uber, advising on consumer-facing technologies deployed across both digital and physical environments. She served as General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer of a cybersecurity firm, advising on data governance, security, and regulatory risk across data-intensive systems.
