Overview
The 2nd Annual FPF Privacy Executives Summit is a private, invite-only event taking place in Berkeley, California on September 10-12, 2025 at the Claremont Hotel & Spa. For those traveling, the Claremont Hotel is a 24-minute drive from Oakland International Airport and 45-minutes from San Francisco International Airport.
The Privacy Executives Summit will feature peer-to-peer sessions, a new interactive solution session, and networking opportunities to strengthen your connections within the PEN group. The Summit will provide informal, closed-door conversations for our PEN members to navigate their top-of-mind issues among peers. Invitations are only being extended to our senior corporate executives.

The 2025 Privacy Executives Summit is scheduled to begin with a networking dinner on Wednesday, September 10th, and conclude in the afternoon on Friday, September 12th.

We anticipate lively group discussions and encourage active participation from each attendee.

Parking
- Claremont Club & Spa offers on-site gate controlled parking.
- Self-parking for hotel guests is $25 per night, per car.
- Valet parking is available for overnight guests for $49 per night, per car.
- Day parking is currently available starting at $9 per hour to a maximum daily charge of $35. Limewood Restaurant patrons receive three hours complimentary with meal. Spa patrons receive five hours complimentary with service. Valet parking is available for day use guests for $10 per car.
