Chloe Altieri is a Policy Fellow with the Youth and Education Privacy Team. Her work contributes to FPF’s ongoing projects relating to education technology, legal research, and student privacy. Before joining FPF as a fellow, Chloe worked on the Youth and Education team as a Student Contractor.
Chloe graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law with her Juris Doctor. During her time in law school, Chloe was a member and the Executive Web Editor of the North Carolina Journal of Law and Technology. She also served as the Student Director of UNC Law’s Pro Bono Program and received the North Carolina State Bar’s annual student Pro Bono Service Award in 2021. She spent a semester in UNC Law’s Intellectual Property Clinic and was the Executive Member of the Holderness International Moot Court Jessup competing team. Chloe
earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with majors
in Psychology and Political Science and a minor in History.
