Christina Pickeral is Future of Privacy Forum’s Senior IT Analyst. In this role, Christina administers FPF’s digital platforms including Salesforce and Higher Logic. This position supports a wide range of projects related to FPF’s platforms, including maintenance (data entry, database cleanup, etc.), process improvement, and training. Additionally, Christina coordinates closely with outsourced IT helpdesk and other IT-related vendors as necessary to ensure organizational needs are met in a streamlined and organized manner.
The Senior IT Analyst administers FPF’s digital platforms including Salesforce and Higher Logic. This position supports a wide range of projects related to FPF’s platforms, including maintenance (data entry, database cleanup, etc.), process improvement, and training. Additionally, the position coordinates closely with outsourced IT helpdesk and other IT-related vendors as necessary to ensure organizational needs are met in a streamlined and organized manner.
Christina consults her colleagues in managing the development of FPF’s digital platform ecosystem. She works closely with the Membership team to employ and model a member-centric approach in strategizing the development of new features of the digital platforms, and work with other departments (Operations, Events, Policy, Communications, and Grants) and third-party vendors to implement new functionality.
Christina is also responsible for analyzing the organization’s systems and procedures, designs solutions, and staff training to help the organization operate more efficiently and effectively. She brings business and information technology (IT) together by understanding the needs and limitations of both.
Christina is a certified Salesforce Database Advanced Admin with a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit organization management industry. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Maryland College Park.
