Bailey Sanchez is a Policy Fellow with the Youth and Education Privacy team. Bailey is primarily providing legal research and analysis for FPF’s resources and long-term projects. Bailey will also oversee FPF’s Train the Trainer program. Prior to joining FPF, Bailey was a legal extern at the International Association of Privacy Professionals where she worked closely with IAPP’s General Counsel/Data Protection Officer and Research Director to produce research and support the legal team. Before law school, she also worked as an Attractions Coordinator at Disney.
Bailey is a 2020 graduate of the University of New Hampshire School of Law. While at UNH Law, she was a research assistant to Professor Alexandra Roberts, a legal writing teaching assistant to Professors Jennifer Davis and Rachel Goldwasser, and president of the Civic Engagement Society. She also spent a year as a student attorney in UNH Law’s Intellectual Property & Transaction Clinic. Bailey earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Central Florida where she majored in Political Science and minored in Mass Communication.
